After confirming the brand’s requirements, we set the direction and review the formulation. We then move forward with developing and refining the product, conducting further detailed discussions about ingredients and formulation as needed.
3. COMPONENT
We source and propose packaging materials that fit the brand’s needs, coordinating and reviewing aspects such as compatibility with the product. Finally, we conduct container tests to ensure suitability.
4. DESIGN
We review and finalize the printing process for packaging materials to bring the brand’s vision to life, ensuring smooth progress in design work.
5. ORDER REQUEST
Once the formulation, packaging, design, and quotation are finalized, we receive the final purchase order, plan the production schedule, and conduct a final review.
6. MANUFACTURING & PRODUCTION
Once raw materials and packaging are prepared, we schedule and coordinate the manufacturing of the product and finished goods to ensure a smooth process.
7. PACKING & WAREHOUSE
After production, products are boxed, palletized, and stored in the warehouse for export preparation.
8. TRUCKING & SHIPMENT
Once the shipping schedule is confirmed, we arrange trucking and complete export declarations to ensure smooth export operations.
